About BRVault

BRVault (also referred to as BR Vault) is owned and operated by Bunch Robotics LLC. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in this policy mean Bunch Robotics LLC as the operator of BRVault.

Household tools and optional AI

Household names, household size, pantry items, shopping lists, reminder dates, recipe cards, and saved AI reports are shared with accounts you invite into your household, not with business or school accounts merely because they use BRVault. Household owners control invitations. BRVault uses household names and usage information to administer AI allowances.

When a household requests an AI report, we send a limited inventory snapshot, household size, and any optional recipe preferences and selected ingredients to OpenAI for processing. We save the report and usage/cost information in BRVault. We request that OpenAI not store the response for API retrieval; this does not mean zero provider retention. Do not enter sensitive personal information in item names. Contact BRVault to request household data deletion.

When you import a recipe from photos or screenshots, we send resized images to OpenAI to create an editable recipe card. Resized photos are temporarily uploaded to private storage and removed after processing. Unfinished uploads can remain until cleanup on a later upload. Photos are not kept in your recipe book. We save a card when you choose to save it, and keep import usage and cost information. Photo imports use a separate household allowance from recipe ideas. We request that OpenAI not store the response for API retrieval; provider retention policies still apply.

Student notebook

Student note photos are read in your browser and are not uploaded by this feature. Recognition software and English language files may be downloaded from external providers. When you save a reviewed note, its title, subject, text, and dates are stored privately with your account. Other students, household members, and school users do not receive access. You can edit, delete, copy, or download notes. When you choose to create a study guide, we send the saved note text, title, and class label to OpenAI and save the generated guide with your note. We track generation attempts, token usage, and costs to enforce allowances. We request that OpenAI not store the response for API retrieval; provider retention policies still apply. BRVault does not automatically send these notes to ChatGPT; if you paste or upload them there, that service’s policies apply. Deleting your account also deletes your notebook.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, request details, account information, messages, job records, photos, estimates, invoices, and SMS consent records.

Local directory and maps

When you search for your home address in Find your page, we send the address search to NC OneMap to find matching locations. The selected address and home pin remain in the current page session; we do not add them to public listings or save them to your account for browsing. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap, whose servers receive normal connection information such as your IP address and the map area being viewed. Opening a business website or directions link takes you to a separate provider with its own privacy policy.

Public directory entries may come from licensed OpenStreetMap data. A public listing does not create an account or indicate that a business is a BR Vault member. Contact us to request a listing correction or removal.

Website analytics

We use limited first-party analytics to understand website activity. A random browser identifier is converted into a one-way pseudonymous value and used to count a browser no more than once per hour. We record the hour, recent activity time, and page path. When a person is signed in, activity may also be associated with their account role and company so BR Vault can monitor portal use and support its customers. We do not collect IP addresses for this analytics dashboard. Analytics history is retained for up to five years.

How information is used

Information is used to operate BR Vault, connect customers with their selected service company, manage service work, provide account features, deliver requested email or text updates, maintain security, and provide support.

Private job records and transcription

Company administrators may attach emails, written notes, and voice recordings to jobs. Original files, transcripts, and corrections are stored privately for authorized Premium company administrators. When transcription is requested, the recording is sent to OpenAI to produce the transcript. Administrators can download records and choose whether to upload them to a separate AI service; BR Vault does not automatically send these exports to that service.

Premium Plus administrators may upload customer voicemails to prepare job drafts. The recording is sent to OpenAI for transcription, and its transcript is sent to OpenAI to extract suggested job details. An administrator reviews the draft before creating a job.

Text messaging data

Phone numbers and SMS consent records are used only for the transactional communications described at the point of consent. SMS consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing. Twilio and other service providers may process messaging data only as needed to deliver and support the messaging service.

Sharing and retention

Customer information is shared with the company from which the customer requests service and with infrastructure providers needed to operate the platform. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for service delivery, business records, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

Text recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may contact Bunch Robotics LLC at bunchrobotics@gmail.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.

This policy is an operational draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad commercial launch.
