About BRVault

BRVault (also referred to as BR Vault) is owned and operated by Bunch Robotics LLC. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms mean Bunch Robotics LLC as the operator of BRVault.

SMS messaging terms

When you actively select an SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive transactional text messages from BR Vault and the service company identified on the form. Messages may concern service requests, appointments, technician arrival updates, job status, estimates, invoices, and customer service.

Message frequency varies and is typically no more than 10 messages per service request per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not cancel a service request and does not prevent necessary communication through other channels.

Service-provider relationship

BR Vault provides business-management and communication software. The participating service company—not BR Vault—is responsible for its services, scheduling, pricing, estimates, invoices, warranties, and customer interactions.

Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect their account credentials, and avoid unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive use of the platform.
